Noor Riyadh
Sarah Brahim (b.1992) is a visual and performance artist specializing in immersive video installations. The Saudi artist works across many mediums to present work rooted in the experiences of the body. Through her pieces, she examines how somatic gestures create a language that can voice grief, metamorphosis, the unseen form and our relationship with the natural world.
In 2022, the artist’s work was presented at the 16th Lyon Biennale, the Diriyah Biennale, and the Noor Riyadh Festival. Brahim’s first solo exhibition, Sometimes we are eternal, was showcased in the fall of 2023 at the Bally Foundation in Switzerland.
