Abdullah Alamoudi is an interdisciplinary designer and artist with formal training in the fields of film and design. His artistic practice addresses the nature of reality and truth, with a focus on narrative world-building as a methodology. Alamoudi’s intimate spatial installations, short films, and animations are inspired by his surroundings, and explore the surreal qualities of interacting with the everyday. This lends itself to portraits of the physical and metaphysical landscapes he exists within. His immersive worlds thus offer spaces for reflection and contemplation in our individual and collective realities.
His work has been exhibited at “From Earth”, Ithra, Dhahran, 2023 and “Find Me Through the Fog 2”, Athr Gallery, Riyadh, 2022.
