“Beyond the Temporary” is a collaborative and inclusive platform, blending art movements and digital art into a multisensory, participatory experience. It invites audiences into a shared Saudi–French digital future, bridging innovation, identity, and emotion through new forms of collaborative storytelling that reflect the city dynamic and tech-driven creativity.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily event operations, visitor flow, and on-site logistics.
2. Support artistic and cultural activities, including workshops, talks, and installations.
3. Facilitate coordination between internal teams, artists, curators, and audiences to ensure smooth program execution.
4. Engage with visitors, provide information about the exhibits and festival highlights, and help guide them across different locations.
5. Contribute to the welcoming and hospitable atmosphere of the festival by representing Riyadh Art’s values and mission.
6. Help ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, including families, children, and people with special needs.
7. Provide operational support during key moments such as the opening ceremony, press visits, and special events.
8. Assist in collecting visitor feedback and observations to support post-event evaluation and improvement.
9. Serve as a cultural ambassador by promoting appreciation and understanding of art among diverse audiences.
