Pam Toonen

Pam Toonen is a curator and artistic director who has worked and consulted for a diverse range of cultural and educational institutions in the Netherlands. She is currently working for Light Art Collection, a subsidiary of Amsterdam Light Festival, through which she is involved in the curatorial process of multiple international light art festivals and exhibitions. Pam has a MA in Comparative Arts & Media Studies from the VU University in Amsterdam. She is passionate about creating multidisciplinary public art projects that draw people into the world of art, and break the boundaries of a seemingly inaccessible field.
