Gaida Almogren is a Saudi Arabian interior architect whose projects that span commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. She holds an MFA specializing in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and a BIA from King Faisal University. Almogren’s work in advising and curating art collections for private individuals, commercial spaces, and design agencies across North and South America informs her curatorial practice. She co-founded the Athel Architectural Consultancy, with projects in Paris, Dubai, London, and Saudi Arabia, and is a contributing writer to many arts and culture publications. Almogren is also the founder of Cultural Crossroads, a research-based project across web and social channels intended to showcase the creativity and culture of Saudi Arabia to the globe.
