Furkan Depeli (b. 1995) was born in Türkiye, where he began his art education at Ankara High School and later earned a Bachelor’s degree from Marmara University. He attended architecture and urbanism academic programs in İstanbul and completed a two-year sculpture program at the Carrara Academy in Italy.

Depeli’s distinctive and thought-provoking works have been exhibited in Türkiye, Seoul, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland. He has also participated in numerous fairs, residencies, and symposiums. Among his accolades are several first prizes in Europe and Türkiye, including the Scultura da Vivere sculpture competition organized by the Peano Foundation in Italy. He is currently working on projects that explore ontology and its sub-concepts.
