Heart Space (2024) by Krista Kim is an immersive installation that transforms individual heartbeats into a collective visual symphony. The biometric, AI-generative artwork explores the concept of oneness, blending technology and organic rhythms to create a shared digital environment symbolizing human connection.

Visitors connect to an ECG device that captures their heartbeats and transforms them into vibrant patterns and colors that pulse on an LED screen. Set in a mirrored room, the artwork creates an infinite meditative space where individual heartbeats weave together and merge. The screen becomes a vibrant canvas, adapting and changing with each new participant’s pulse.
