Lina Gazzaz (b.1979) is a Saudi Arabian artist critically connecting the figurative, experimental, and Islamic. She works primarily in ink, pastel, and oil, as well as collage, urban sculpture, and moving image.
Gazzaz has exhibited across Europe, North America, and the MENASA region, and was the recipient of the Painting Award at Dubai’s Prophet Mohammed Festival. She holds a Bachelor of Studio Art from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Gazzaz lives and works in Jeddah.
