Tuwaiq Sculpture
Arianna Palmieri (b. 1998) graduated with honors in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, Italy. The Milan-born artist’s sensual and beguiling pieces explore the relationship between the world, the individual, and nature. Her research and work straddle two parallel lines: on one hand, she focuses on the dynamics of the body and tactility; on the other, she investigates the importance of the natural world and its correlation with art.
Palmieri’s favorite material is marble, which she has recently combined with living elements such as plants and fungi to explore new creative possibilities. She has exhibited her work in various Italian cities and participated in numerous sculpture symposiums in Italy and Germany.
